Adrienne has been a famous American actor, writer and horror film cult actor. Starting out as a dancer she worked her way to glory as a genre actress in feature films. In her role as a determined and resolute Rizzo she played her Broadway performance in Grease was one of the highlights of her professional career. The thought is that her performance as Bea Arthur's daughter Maude on the show Maude, which aired on television, was also one of the most significant. After her husband's role in the film that was commercially successful, horror Fog she was subsequently cast in several other thrillers based on science fiction. The Cannonball Run was one of them.
