Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963 to the musically inclined family of Newark New Jersey is the daughter of gospel star Cissy Houston as well as John Russell Houston Jr. Also, she is a cousin of singer sensation Dionne Warwick. At the age of a small girl, Houston began singing professionally at New Hope Baptist Church of Newark alongside her mom in Chaka K's Im Every Woman in 1978. Then she went on to perform backing vocals for Lou Rawls and Jermaine and her mother. In 1981, she began singing in the New York funk group Material. It was her excellent vocals which attracted interest of recording label including Arista. The debut Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It would become one of the best-selling albums of an artist. From the album, she came out with several hits including Saving the Day, All My Love for You How Are You Going to Know If You Give Good Love and The Greatest Love of All. This resulted in her having seven US Top Ones in a row. It was even better than the Beatles. The album was sold out of 3 million copies in its debut year in the US and went on to achieve a worldwide sales of 25 million, earning them the country's first six Grammies. The 1987 follow-up album Whitney that included hits The Place Do Broken Hearts Go and I Wanna Dance With Somebody built on her success but it was 1992's film The Bodyguard (1992) that sealed her place as one of the best-selling artists in history. The film and her part as a character was not appreciated, however, the music and her interpretation of the song by Dolly Parton I Will Always Love You were charted for months in the charts, and she sold nearly 44 million singles and albums all over the world. That same year she was married to Bobby Brown who was a previous New Edition singer. She was the sole daughter of Bobby and Bobbi Kristina Brown. They were married in the month of March, 1993. In the same year the drug use became well documented and she was able to use it regularly until 1996.

Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American anchor of a reporter and political reporter for CNN. She's also was a producer on a number of CNN's weekends shows which include Evans & Novak Late Edition'and Inside Politics. Her work has been for different famous channels before, including NBC and CBS. When it comes to honours and awards Bash was previously included in the Women in Washington Power List published by Elle magazine. Bash is highly sought-after for her incredible abilities as a reporter/an anchor. Additionally, she is a loving mother of her son, despite having graduated from George Washington University.
